The Lodge

Our Main Lodge sits on seven beautiful acres at the base of Cove Mountain. The lodge has five private bedrooms, five bathrooms and a large game room / bunk room. There is plenty of room for everyone to feel right at home! Our property continues on across the street, where our horses and farm animals live. One of our guests favorite pastimes is walking around, taking in the breathtaking scenery from many angles. A Kings Lodge is the perfect place to create memories that will last a lifetime!

A King’s Lodge is a charming cabin perfect for a memorable getaway with family or friends. With 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a cozy bunk room, it comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests.
Situated just off Wears Valley and only 15 minutes from the Parkway, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of nature while still being close to all the local attractions. Across the street, you’ll find our picturesque farm where you can watch horses gallop across the hills right from your window—a truly delightful sight.
Inside, the main level features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. The dining area seats 16, ideal for gathering everyone together for meals. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to unleash your inner chef.
Three King bedrooms on the main level each have their own full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen. They share a full bathroom, accessible from either room.
For endless fun, the ultimate bunk house and game room awaits on the main level. It’s equipped with 6 bunk beds, accommodating up to 12 people, and features games like a pro ping pong table along with a flat screen TV for watching the ‘Big Game’. A bathroom conveniently connects this room to the living area.
After a day of exploring, enjoy a BBQ on the deck and unwind in the hot tub. A King’s Lodge is your ideal retreat for relaxation and adventure in the Smoky Mountains.
